Unable to unlock 'Tools of the Trade' achievment
It's stuck on 94% even though I have completed the game 100% on Normal and about to do it on Hard aswell. Got 18/18 abilities on both. Any ideas?

Have you tried loading into the save file after finishing the game completely? It did help me with the 'get all shards achievement.' I know this is a different achievement that the one you are talking about, but it might have the same weird interaction.

I did 100% exploration run and got all the shards, cells, etc. Later, as I was checking back what achievements I was missing, I discovered that I was missing an achievement granted by finding all shards. I did try loading into the save file multiple times actually. No achievment.

Oh wait, I just tried loading in one of the older backup files and I unlocked it. Thanks a bunch.
