How to attack under water???
I've just stared the water mill, so first time in the water. In the first one you could attack underwater, but in this one nothing is working. Am I missing something or the game is meant to be like this.

Yup, you have to wait until you get the Underwater Dash ability (which itself won't work unless you have the regular Dash) before you can effectively attack underwater. Enemies will be hurt by you dashing into them underwater (or in sand when you get the Burrow ability later on) but in the meantime, you can use Bash to fling them into spikes or whatnot.
