Can't get the Howl's Den rumor.
So I did the combat shrine before I got this rumor, and now that rumor won't go away from my map. I tried to go there and it didn't clear, I did the shrine again and it didn't clear, and this has me really worried.

Is this locking me out of 100% clearing Inkwater Marsh??

i got the same issue but you dont need to complete that to get 100% just get all the items in the area

You don't need to clear it. It is a bug. But if you want it to be gone from your map, then go to that shrine and exit the game. When you reload it will be gone.
