That being said, in case you encounter any issues, let us know and we'll do our best to sum them up in this thread together with solutions or state of the fixes.

If you're experiencing a bug, please check if the issue hasn't been reported before - there is a list of known issues below. If you don't see your bug there, please give us as much info as you can. In some cases, we'll ask you to send us an e-mail with some more info.

There is still no sound in the game.
At the same time, for example, in Ori and the Blind Forest everything works fine.

Gamebreaking glitch at Luma Pools, Kwolok (the big frog) is not appearing where there is supposed to be a cutscene and boss fight. Instead, kwolok is not in the room, and when jumping the the water the entire screen turns black.

Hey. I have a problem with the game.
Bought on Steam. I played the game twice incorrectly. I do not understand what the problem is. On Sunday, it was 55%, and now when entering through Steam it shows progress by 10%. In this case, the save files are on my computer. But the game does not see them. What's the matter? I really do not want to re-pass everything again 😞 I spent many hours on this

In Steam i can see all the achievements that I received. They are active. Steam also says that I played over 7 hours in the game. However, in the game itself, the progress are only 4 hours of the game.

Perhaps the problem is that this weekend I was playing offline. Without Internet. Then I connected to the Internet, launched Steam. And no conservation was found.

What should I do? Re pass?

Hi! :)
I've finished the game 100 % a couple of weeks ago. During the game I didn't have any issues with the performance, crashes and e.t.c (except rare microlags).

Today I've installed the new patch. The performance increased, loading is quicker now.

But when I quit the game, appears an error https://i.imgur.com/y6riCKk.png and no responding. I have to use task manager to close the game.

Specs are:

Steam version game

GTX 1070, drivers version 445.75

Ryzen 2600

MSI B350 PC Mate

16 GB RAM G.skill Ripjaws

Hi. Hope you're doing great and thanks a lot for making such an amazing game like Ori.

I play this game on my Window and I beat this game twice already. Unfortunately, after the last update I found a bug (I think) that prevents me to continue the game. I finished the quest that I have to find Kuro feather (Ku is now lying on the rock and Kwolok is gone) but I don't have Kuro feather. I can't continue the game because I need kuro feather in order to continue. I tried to restart the game but nothing happened. I'm playing on hard mode and don't want to start again. Hope you can help me with this issue. Thank you so much and stay safe!

hey i think there is a bug in luma pools, when we are going to fight corrupted kwolok (boss fight), but he didnt appear like it supposed to be, please fix it because i cant continue my game, i think its because the update today.

I wait for the patch and it finally appear but i still can not play the game. In the startup ori running animation start and game shut itself down after few sec.s with some unity error (OriAndTheWilloftheWisps - Unity 2018.4.11f1_cbb0985ea33).
Cant find a solution. tried driver updates, reinstalling, checking the game files... Nothing looks promising anymore...

I have a weird bug... I'm in the luma pools and i found kwolok for the first time, followed him and arrived at the big pool - *before* I talked to the moki to get the amulet.
I then met the moki at the pool saying kwolok needs help but since I didn't have the amulet it didn't start the entire sequence.
I eventually went back to the moki and got the amulet but now it just doesn't start the sequence and I'm stuck. Is there anything I can do to reset the sequence other than starting the game over? I tried closing and opening the save, the game and warping.

@Stre3tJimmy, you could have loaded an earlier backup save from the main menu. During first playthroughs you might also want to save in parallel, meaning progress to a certain point and quit to the menu, then copy and paste that existing progress into the next save slot. That way if you get stuck and your backups are overwritten with a progress bug, you can continue your progress from an earlier uncorrupted checkpoint.

Is the letterboxing on any display that isn't in 16:9 intentional? It was really frustrating to deal with in Blind Forest so I was severely disappointed to find that Will of the Wisps kept the same issue in.

I noticed you guys went the extra mile to support ultra widescreen, so why is there no proper support for such a widely used resolution as 5:4?

Steam:
Playing Mora boss trough quick access. after dieing in this last section of the boss I pressed retry and got back to this section. But I can no longer break the energy crystal to gain energyshards.

Hi, just finished the game now that the patch is here :)
It's not really a bug but : in the credit at the end there are several people tagged working at "Experis" (not sure about the name) and in one of the names there are "()" missing !!
Such an horrific detail ;)

Thanks for the game, it truly has upgraded everything in Ori 1 !
