How long is this game?
The first one took 6 hours to 100%. I really hope this one's longer. Did the devs mention anything about the length?

A lot of people say it's double the amount of content + sidequests. So they said around 20 hours if you take everything into account.

That's great if true.

They say it is 3 times bigger than Blind Forest.

This. The actual quote is "Now, I can guarantee that this game is three times bigger, in scope and scale. The entire map of the first fits only in one section of Will of the Wisps."

How does the size compare to, say, Hollow Knight?

Probably about the same. Blind Forest was roughly a 10 hour game. Hollow Knight was roughly a 30 hour game. 10x3=30

6 hours to 100%? Reeeeeally? It took me that long to finish it while doing not much exploration. Sure, I suck, but howlongtobeat.com has a completionist run at 11 hours, which sounds reasonable to me.

I think I finished it too fast. It took me only 5 hours to finish the blind forest, and I collected all the things.

Maybe it was because I picked all the exploration skills before any combat stuff.

I wasn't even trying to go fast. It was my 2nd casual playthrough of the game, the 1st having been on the non-Definitive version when it first came out years ago, so I didn't remember much either.

I don't really see what you could do in the first game for 10 hours or more.

urrgh, Hollow Knight is more a 60-hour game and that hasn't counted the 4 DLCs

The base game is 30 hours if you are going for the first ending.

Hard to believe. Your stats for the original release don't show it (0% achievements and no playtime). Your stats for the Definitive Edition are 77% achievements in 15.8h. So that already doesn't seem convincing. And it's just that people usually need like double that time. HLTB shows an average of 11h 18m, with the shortest time being 8h 15m. So either you're not completely honest or you simply don't remember it as it happened.

And if I understand you correctly (1st playthrough in original version, second one in Definitive Edition was 6h for 100%) - well, the numbers clearly show that that's not true. Your achievements are visible for everyone.

Guess I remembered wrong then. Seems I did both 100% playthroughs on Definitive.
According to achievements my first one was just a little over 3 years ago.

My first save was timed somehwere between 7 and 8 hours and my 2nd save is 5:54:10.
I beat it in about 19 hours, collecting all the extra stuff and such.
