How do I the Gargoyle Achievement?

I've found Clive in the Shade Forest and the place in the mines for the second one but I can't find the key to start the second one. Any Hints?

Full Help for Future:
Go down the left side shaft to the gargoyle room. On the ladder down there is a midway platform, using your soul you can push a block directly to the right. At the top of the ladder a path opens to the left, this is where the key is. At the bottom of the ladder to the left is a health statue behind a fake wall and if you keep going left, there is even a checkpoint behind another fake wall.

The help I'd rather want for the future are the only armor upgrades I miss lol. I'm scanning the map like crazy on my most complete save and don't find a freaking clue xD. I may miss one or two only on a total of 23. Those I miss are obviously not from the shops ofc. Mines are no big deal I think but who knows maybe that will come helpful on my re-runs.

This one is a REALLY triky to find. Thanks
