A guy. gave me stemapunk wings.. It seems im not the only spy? I laso was gaven wills wings.. Theese our abdd asses wings but i wish i coudl wear the Wills

You can get them with the program Terraria inventory editor :)

Those wings look awsome and are the best totally-legit wings in the game, but I hope they make them craftable/buyable soon D:
For now stick with the next best tier of wings, like the ghost wings.
