Broken Bat Wing is a rare drop from Vampires, which appear during a solar eclipse.

Pretty much every other wing crafting item is a rare drop from an associated enemy in hardmode. So for Ice go to the Ice Biome, for Bone Feather hit the dungeon, for the harpy one kill harpies etc.

[The Bees]

For Ice, you only need to go to the surface of the biome during a blizzard and kill the Ice Golem. The best times are when it's raining and during the blood moon (or possibly any invasion event). I've gotten 5 feathers in 12 or so kills.

The harpy feather drops from any harpy but it's really rare from my experience. Could be that the drop percent is higher during events/rain.

Ectoplasm for the ghost wings drop in the hard mode dungeon. Not rare at all but the enemies are hard.
