Frozen wings

I want to make frozen wings, but the wiki says I need one ice feather. Does anyone know what drops these?

apparently some people have said ice giants drop them... they only spawn during blizzards and have a chunky 3000hp
i personally went with the spectre since i had the ectoplasm but if you get 2 feathers i'll gladly trade an ectoplasm ;P

thnx, found out ice golems do drop em, but no idea how to find/spawn one. ill keep an eye out for a spare feather. any idea how do find this golem? it random boss like king slime or do i need an item?

just have to wait for a blizzard in the snow biome, thats the only time they spawn.

If you want a pet Slime *yes thats right a Pet Slime* kill a ice slime thats how i got mine but its rare

got one, it does drop from an ice golem, they spawn during heavy snow in snow biomes on hardmode, has 3000hp, shoots lasers that can freeze so get him trapped in a pit and spam him with nades or bounce spells.

any slime has a chance to drop it but it's VERY rare

I have about 5 of the ice feathers! Once you find the ice guys they spawn like crazy.

just got a second, it's not a rare drop just uncommon but it's only from the giant
