Can someone help with server plugins?

Okay i made a Terraria server not to long ago, and it works fine. But the problem is I can't seem to get a plugin to work (Housing districts to be specific).I've seen people use this plugin on a server with my own eyes so i know it works.

So i've tried multiple ways of putting the mod in the "Plugins" folder ( putting the files it diffrenttly in) but again didn't work. So what i'm asking here is for someone to help me out here tell me what i'm doing wrong.

If this isn't enough info sorry, i'll try my best to to explain the problem in detail.

That's an outdated plugin.

You probably have the latest version of tShock, so this plugin will not work.

Do you know if there's an updated version of the plugin? Or maybe atleast an older version of Tshock that's for 1.1.2 (I forgot which version Terraria is i thinks that's it) that works with the plugin?

1.1.2 is the latest version of Terraria, and therefore the latest version of tShock works with Terraria 1.1.2.
If you reaaally wna get this plugin, you'll have to somehow back-date your Terraria and also get the correct tShock version, if it's still available. I don't know how you'd do that. In my opinion, it's not worth it for a single plugin.
There may be an updated version of it, but I'm about to sleep so I won't look for it now. If I remember later, I'll give it a shot. Or you could try find it yourself, if it exists.

Well I'm not going to downgrade for just one plugin, seems like to much work for a plugin.

But, i've seen this plugin for Terraria 1.1.2, (unless i'm crazy) so the correct version for 1.1.2 is out there somewhere. I guess i'll just have to search.

Backup your server, make a new copy, and press -ignoreversion on your server console. Congrats, your server now can load any outdated plugin.

But right now i think i found the right version of the plguin. So i'll try it after.
