Yo my character won't stop moving to the right.

So I get in the world right, then my character starts to move to the right I'm not pressing d. Bam character keep moving right I keep pressing a to move to the left. Doesn't work I go to the controlls see if I did something wrong nope. I press the right key to use my arrows doesn't work. I go to google to see if my d keep is jammed NOPE typing perfectly. Help

try another game like a shooter... see if d sticks there too... if it does, try to remove the key and put it back... if it doesn't reinstall Terraria and if it still does report it as a bug... idk...

This is happening to me too. My d button works outside Terraria but when I'm inside, the character keeps moving on his own without touching any keys. I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times to no success :/

Look. Reset terraria or your pc. That works for me

Reviving ancient topics is generally looked down upon because 50% of all necromancies are stupid pointless posts - either just "hey wanna play" (or with that effectiveness) or adding to an argument long dead (see this for an extraordinarily good example of both, though usually the latter.)

As far as actually helping you out goes and not semi-backseat-moderating (does semi-back semi-seat semi-moderating become demi-hemi-semi-moderating?) ... well, if Google hasn't yielded you any results I highly doubt that you'll find anything here.

Try rebinding move right to some other key (even if you move it just down the keyboard to SZXC) and seeing of that does anything.

Didn't work but thank you for the suggestion. I'm just gonna email Terraria support and see if that does anything.
