More like frustration. It seems like I'm playing this game the hard way. Still haven't found the flippers or diving helmet either.
Are / Were there items in this game that you had trouble locating?
The flippers are only(?) found in oceanic gold chests, so if you don't find them in either that exists in one world, you'll need to use a new world to get them.
Doh. I missed the rarity of the Diving Helmet. Thanks for the info. Time to go shark hunting again.
Those flippers are seriously missing in action. I've cleaned out chests in both oceans. Nada. Zilch. I've been checking every gold chest in every pool of water underground too.
Considering there is a near-guarantee that there will be a chest in each ocean, your best chance will probably be from generating a new, expendable world, checking both chests, deleting that world, and repeating this.
Stop misinterpreting my comment, no where did i mention the location is exactly found, i mentioned use the wiki, or refer to the wiki... and as far as the magic mirror, the funtion should be default for standard usage. Rather then a wild goose chase for some commonly used devise.
If misinterpretation is such a concern, perhaps a rude remark that is open for interpretation, especially due to a lack of content, is unwise.
Oh, cry me a river. I asked people how long it took them to find their first magic mirror. Not only did you NOT answer the question but you told me to "wiki it or gtfo". You expect a civil reply after that?
W-T-F? Damn this game. Congrats on finding them so easily...I'm jealous. LOL
I didn't say it was "easy", It was after dozens of hours of gameplay and several worlds, but well definetly easier than your magic mirror, lol. Sorry about that. :/ And to your upper post: don't feed the troll. They go back lurking in their "gosearchyourself" and "donottrytocommunicatewithothers" caves if you ignore them.
friggin... not sure if u were being serious or just bored, along with did u even use the wiki before i called u out on it. If u think that is trolling, u have no idea what to expect. Its the honest truth to research Or simply put first comment.
Call me a troll, yet before i mentioned the wiki... it was unknown where u were going with this.
What part of my original question was too hard for you? I'll try to rephase and use small words this time:
How long did it take you to find the magic mirror?
How long, about as long as it to search for it, if it takes u 289hrs to find something that is not common, then its all about chance.. I replied as i was unsure what this damn item was... if u expect everyone to assume where to find it then why is it that difficult to just refer to the wiki on the answer? hilarious how a simple phrase will make the original poster go off on a flame war over it. hell i should of just said lmgtfu yet went the extra step to be sarcastic with the wiki cite.
i always thought that item was a one time use (and never used it)
haahah thanks i was getting tired of 'save and exit'
