Pumpkin Moon Bosses

Do they only drop items on wave 15? I have killed tons of them but never gotten a drop besides money.

I am not sure either. I also have fought loads of the Halloween bosses and I have only ever found a single actual item drop, the Spooky Vine-Grapple. Not even sure what dropped it, or when, since during the Hallo-Moon you're often fighting entire screen's worth of mobs.

Mourning Wood and Pumpking drop loot on all waves.

Both have fairly low drop rates so it's feasible you haven't had anything drop yet.

The two bosses can spawn on any wave they are capable of. However, the earilier the wave the less chance of them being "allowed" to drop anything. This is almost nonexistant on the begining waves, but much higher on the final waves. If they are allowed to drop something, they always will, due to how their drops work. They can only drop the trophies on wave 15. If they aren't allowed to drop, you wont get a trophy, but if they are allowed to drop, you will always get a trophy.

Their drop rates are pretty low before wave 15. Wave 15 you're guaranteed a drop.
Six pumpkin moons to date, and I've only got one unique drop from each, and it happens to be wing material.

Items from the pumpking drop have a 12.5% chance to drop, however the trophy drops 100% on the final wave. You are bound to get an items from the pumpking however, if you have fought enough of the to get to and complete wave 15.

Actually, it scales with whatever wave you're on. Next to no chance when either mob first spawns, to guaranteed on Wave 15. Been as far as wave 10 as of this writing. Been able to kill two or three of either boss mob, and to date only got one Black Fairy Dust and one Spooky Twig.

Just got some drops. So far I have a pumpkin cannon, the Horseman's Blade, Spider eggs, and a broken twig. My new setup works pretty well.
