Report a translation problem
There are some which have negative effects, like dungeon brick walls, but for the most part, no, there's no difference.
Mushrooms glow, Dungeon brick is blast resistant.
Hollowbrick spread hollow (I belive, tried it before the update.)
Lihzard brick are absolutly blast prof and cant be mined with less than a picksaw. (for playersafe.)
And if you place allot blocks of a certain biome, NPC might sell you different stuff.
But about doors I think they all are the same, and thats odd, lead or wood, dont mather.
Thats great, it was really annoying.

The same applies to all doors.
