Aside from that there isn't really a best combination. It's all up to your playstyle.
cobalt shield combines with the obsidian skull to make an obsidian sheild, the trifold map and the fast clock combine to make the plan, the vitamins and armor polish combine to make armor bracing, the adhesive bandage and the bezoar combine to make a medicated bandage, and the nazar plus the megaphone combine into a countercurse mantra. The armor bracing, countercurse mantra, the plan, medicated bandage, and the blindfold combine into an Ankh Charm, and the obsidian shield combines with the Ankh Charm to form the Ankh Shield. All crafting is done on a tinkerer's workshop.
The accessory grants: +4 damage, immunity to fire blocks, immunity to knockback, immunity to most debuffs.
I'd add lightning boots to the "every end game player needs" list but it doesn't necessarily have to be equipped at all times. It's very handy for getting around, especially on a large world. Otherwise it's entirely dependent on what weapons/armor you plan to use as to which accessories you'd want.
The only response that is needed, why not?
