spectre staff

I cannot find a spectre staff no matter what! ragged casters refuse to appear no matter what i do and i need a scpetre staff! i am not asking for a freebie, but i can trade for it. I have an inferno fork, unholy trident, uzi, golem fist, and other things, so cantact me and maybe we can negotiate something.

According to the Wiki there is no Spectre staff.

Um... Actually, there IS a Spectre Staff; I have it. Ragged Casters only spawn if there is a certain banner in the dungeon.

Funny, I had 3 spectre staffs in a row drop in the same room, within 5 seconds of eachother.
