Advice For Blocks of NPC housing

I really can't think of any blocks for the steampunker, demolitionist, and the arms dealer. Plus blocks for other housing for the other NPCs would be great too. Any advice would be great.

Well if you have the dynamite and the guts you can always make the demolitionist a house of explosives.

Demolitionist: Iridescent Brick (Made from Ash)
Painter: Painted house
Nurse: Platinum/Snow brick
Dryad: Living wood + Leaves
Party Girl: Rainbow - Disco
Arms Dealer: Obsidian ( 'Black market' )
Goblin Tinker: Shadwood? (Don't know about blocks or stuff for this character)
Witch Doctor: Lihzahrd themed
Clothier: Dungeon - Gotchic
Mechanic: Iron with a bunch of flashing lights
Pirate: If you can make a ship, do that. Or else, Gold.
Truffle: Mushroom
Wizard: Wood with Books
Steampunker: Wood? (Don't know about this one either, anything that matches the steampunker's furniture)
Cyborg: Cobalt
Santa: Candy Cane or Ice

for the party girl i used the bubblegum blocks. it turned out ince too.

Anyways, most of what Joshua said are good. For Party Girl, I'd suggest rainbow bricks for the floor, and bubblegum for everything else. Tinkerer would be alright with stone bricks. Steampunker could use some kind of metal. Copper, tin, and platinum together, maybe.

Yeah but I haven't figured out how to make iron walls or platinum walls, etc.

You need to make them into bricks first.

EDIT: Just found out you can't make iron bricks and walls.. but platinum's there.

You could always just paint another kind of wall.

I painted gray stone bricks white but it just doesn't feel the same. How about banners? Anyone have any suggestions?

If you REALLY needed it to be iron, you could just use iron bars for the walls, platinum brick for the floor, and white copper or tin for the background walls.

As for banners, which house?

Clay bricks, aka Red Brick. Looks nice and is easily obtainable.

Well, you could just collect any banners you find and dedicate some chests to it
Sorta place them wherever they'd fit. Banners seem like they'd be tough to match with NPCs.

I'd like to point out that there aren't alot of banners that fit in with most NPCs. Statues i might be able to work out with something..
