party girl not spawning.

I have 13 NPCs but she will not spawn and I have a NPC capable room. Can anybody help me?

every morning there is a 2% chance the Party Girl will spawn, this means that 98% of the time she won't

she wont spawn that easy
if you check the wiki you will notice she only has a 2% chance to spawn once the requirements are met. just hang on :)
