If, however, you have located a bunch of flamethrower traps from Lihzard temples: Just keep in mind that Mourning Woods can walk through walls. Keeping them in the firing line of the traps means engaging them above the traps.
I've seen one tele-jump 15+ blocks away into a 3x10 sized room despite it's bloomin' size.
I was able to keep all the woods grouped up. I had 3 platforms about 20 - 25 blocks above the ground. I was using them to land on while fighting Pumpkings, and during the fight, all woods remained on the ground, under those platforms. Putting traps on the underside of something like that might work out.
