How to kill mourning woods and pumpkings faster?

Ive been having alot of trouble trying to get past waves 10+, I usually run out of time trying to fight pumpkings and mourning woods. I have a spike and flame trap arena but I always have trouble with mourning woods and pumpkings. Anyone have any tips or advice?

The golden shower debuff works wonders vs pumpkings and mourning woods.

Obviously it's because you're not using spectre armor. Not only is the healing nessacary 100% to get to and survive wave 15, but magic comboing is nessacary for enough dps to do so. No one weapon has enough dps to get to wave 15 alone- However, a magnet sphere, two rainclouds, and a bat scepter all at once certainly do.

I have spectre armour but the only magic weps I have are rainbow gun and shadowbeam staff. :<
