Cannot spawn Pumpkin Moon with the medallion

Has been happening since Halloween, everytime i use the Pumpkin Moon Medallion, it consumes without actually spawning the event.
I tried it on multiple maps, same result.
And no, it wasn't rainy night in all those situations.

You can only spawn the Pumpkin Moon during the night. If you use the medailon during the day, nothing will happen and your medailon will be consumed.

(In-game night lasts from 7:30 PM to about 4:30 AM)

Of course you can only spawn it at night, its called Pumpkin Moon not Pumpkin Day.
I always used the medallion at night...
