how to get souls or souls of flight ?

can someone help me i wanna make angel wings/demon wings but i dont know how to collect souls could someone help?

Souls of Flight are dropped by Wyvern. They are hardmode enemies that spawn in the high of Skyislands.
The other Souls are drops of the mechanical Bosses.

Build a ropeway up to the floating island levels and make some platforms for easy farming.

Wyverns are tough to kill though so I would be prepared for a fight

Souls of Light or Night come from underground Hallow or corruption mobs. Souls of Flight come from wyverns, which have 4000 HP, a good bit of damage, and use the same attack pattern as worms except in the air instead of the ground. Using a piercing weapon such as the Demon Scythe spell or a spear should help a bit.

Gravitation potions are the key to finding the floating islands. Gravitation potions are also usefull for fighting wyverns. Weapons that shoot projectiles are very effective against the wyverns.

yea but for the souls of light i think dont you need to dig under the hallow or is there a cavern for the under ground hallow?

Yeah, only dropped in the underground hallow.
