I need some soon, and I was wondering if I could use a rain cloud on top of it, to force-bloom it, would this work ?

No, it has to be raining. If you need it, mine alot of clay and make a bunch of clay pots. wait for it to rain. profit.

Then just wait for it to rain and rush to your desert biome. Rain isn't that rare.

I went on a frenzy with a waterbolt, and I pretty muched destroyed all life of crops in my desert biome..

Do you know if they can start regrowing on their own ?

Plants should regrow naturally if they were there when the game started ie. not seeds, just wander off and check back later, or comb new worlds.
