I also have the Could in a bottle. Which is the same as Blizzard in a bottle. But the visual effect is different.

I know but I'm specifically looking for blizzard in a bottle to craft the bundle of balloons. I already have cloud in a bottle and sandstorm in a bottle.

Except I don't have invedit or Tedit or any of those other mods, and have no desire to get them or use them.

actually, blizzard in a bottle does a improved double jump if you keep holding space down. dunno if its as good as sandstorm in a bottles jump.

To all those who think Blizzard in a Bottle doesn't exist, it does, you find it in ice chests. It's slightly better than Cloud in a Bottle (found in regular Gold Chests), but it's slightly worse than a Sandstrom in a Bottle. If you combine all 3 with Balloons, Then with eachother, you get the Bundle of Balloons, which lets you do 4 Jumps, with only 1 accesory slot. If ANYONE has EVER gotten one without using multiple worlds or inventory editors, you are EXTREMELY lucky. The closest I've gotten is 2 of 3.

Sandstorm In A Bottle is considerably rarer to get. I've only gotten one of those, and I had to download a world that was generated with a pyramid. Sufficed to say, I won't be giving that away.

I've only gotten 3, you have to get lucky enough to get a pyramid, which I haven't gotten in quite a few worlds, then you have to be lucky enough to not get flying carpet/Pharouh(?) outfit.
ALL the items from pyramids are good, I just think Sandstorm is best.
