Anyone knows how to collect Antlion Mandibles efficiently?

Make a huge flat place in a desert OR make your own desert, then go down the line with your best weapon, preferably one that pierces.

Not sure why you would need to farm them, most items that need them don't need a lot, but I hope this helps!

Yeah you just need 10 for Sandgun and Mining Potions take 1 each.

Yeah, but I tried just walking in the desert, and it took forever. Making a farm is the best way to do it.
