How do i get rid of this yellow square target?

I don't know how this happened, but now i have a little yello square that auto-targets blocks, and it's really annoying. How do I get rid of it?

I'm guessing you are talking about smart cursor. It might get annoying sometimes, but for certain tasks (like building rows of platforms, mining a lot), it can be very usefull.
