Terriria's Joining Bug

we've been playing on my server for like 3 weeks and suddently my two friends one at the time couldnt join the server anymore, they would be load mapping and say "Receiving tile Data: complete And it stops there and they cant join

While the other could play without problem.

It all started when they started joining their own world to fetch items we couldnt find anymore and started with my lady friend where she couldnt join with the "Main character" but could join with a alternative character and she transfered everything back to the new toon so she could play then a day or 2 later my other friend gets this bug while my lady friend be able to play.

All i know is its not a IP addresse issue nor firewall or port fowarding.

Please can someone help me fix this issue, its sad and irritating =/

Also my friend tried to log at the instant to show me what it was and i just realized i cold show this also as for diagnostic.

You see she was attempting to connect on my server but cannot go further than Receiving Tile Data: Complete

my Friend made an other character that can join, but the two other that crashed cant join anymore but his new joined just fine

i can't seem to find any solution for this problem ://. Maybe transferring the itmes to the new Chars may help, restarting your pc, restarting the server or terraria.
