Is that really hard to get? Ive been killing sharks for a looooooooooooong time and I almost fell asleep.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it's 1/200 drop chance from sharks, and sharks don't spawn all that often without a proper farm. Youtube and other places have good guides on making them though.

Ninja is correct, it is a .5% drop, would recommend seting up a proper farm and fish while waiting, you can get some sweet things from the ocean.

Find a Shark Statue and you place wires to a lever or a switch, active the statues AND KILL THE SHARKS and get a Diving helmet easier ( Faster ).

Yea, i just saw a video where he put a water candle on something on top of the water and attracted a lot of things

Aren't shark statues hard to find, since there are like over 80 statues?

Gamepedia says it's 2%. But .5% looks more likely given the number of sharks I have killed.

You don't need it anyway since you'll very likely get a neptunes shell on your first blood moon which is vastly superior to all previous diving gear combined and can be further combined to improve it.

For pre-mechanic statue farming, find a dart trap and place the statue there, with the dart trap, and a thin lava pool.
Not too thick on the lava or it'll burn the drops.
And the darts should push the sharks into the lava.
Just keep jumping until you see a helmet.
