Do you guys think i should make vines?

You can't craft Vines, that much I know, though if you do plan to get some, I would highly suggest a trip to the Jungle and hunt down any Man Eaters you see for some Vines. If you get a Water Candle, you can get more Man Eaters to spawn too, so you can get more Vines!

Don't listen to these trolls, I think it's a great idea to make vines, I mean you can craft an Ivy Whip with them after all.

You can't craft vines, but you can go to the jungle for some. Besides, they are useful for making magic pants and the ivy whip

If you're into decorative building, then it can be a good idea to get some mud, stick it to a ceiling or something, and put some jungle grass seeds on it and let vines grow. I do this in things like greenhouses and it looks great.

TL;DR - Yes, you should make some vines.
