Just a thought....Automated Defense

I was just standing near a door of my home using my weapon...the one that is a ball and chain that shoots out homing bubbles that I got from duke fishron...and I thought it would be cool if I could build something like a machine to swing it for me.

I would love to have a placeable item that continually uses whatever weapon that it is given in the direction you choose. Maybe this would be over powered...idk...but it would ad a very nice defense for your home.

Don't know if you have seen the new Terraria: Otherworld trailer. But it contains automatic defense systems, and automated gun.

There are ways to automatically defend your base. Not a machine to swing your sword, but automated traps and such.
