Life crystals after max HP?

My HP is maxed out at 400. what do i do with life crystals now? do they have another use such as a crafting ingredient or do i just sell them?

Make lanterns, they provide hp regen when nearby one and is helpful in arenas

That or sell them to the vendors. They're worth a decent amount of money.

Don't sell them, keep them for lanterns, or like the other guy said give them to new characters if you want to do a specific challenge. But I strongly recommend turning them into lanterns, and putting them in places you are around frequently.

Heart Crystals have no point right now after 400 health except for heart lanterns. After 1.3 you will probably need to start new anyways. Get life fruit.

You only really need one or two lanterns since you can recover them so the rest of the crystal hearts you find can easily be used as vendor trash. For convenience purposes it doesn't hurt to make more lanterns but it's hardly critical.
