How do I use commands to spawn mobs?

I want to be able to spawn a bunch of enemies at once. Like I want to be able to spawn 100 EoCs or even bunnys at will by typing a command. How do I do it. I've seen others do it. I have vanilla. No mods. But what is it? TELL ME....

You need a server mod like TShock to be able to do that. Without it, the best you can do is statues or summoning items.

Oh. So I need a good internet to use t-shock? Can't I just let nobody into my server?...

Also, summoning items will only spawn one boss. Statues are not useful since I don't intend to fight sharks, bunnies etc.

no and not necessary.
if you simply start the server on the same computer you want to play terraria on, you dont even need any internet connection.
yes, you can make your server password protected or something, but why bother? just dont share your IP or dont portforward.
