Fire vs Frost Burn Arrows
Whats the difference, minus the damage?

Frostburn arrows give off light when shot underwater unlike fire arrows which don't, gives the Frostburn debuff which does 2 more damage per second then the On Fire! debuff, and most importantly, there are only 6 mobs immune to the Frostburn debuff unlike fire arrows, where there are a countless many that are immune to the On Fire! debuff, making the frostburn arrow vastly superior in comparison.
