Once you best him others become easy.
Or if you have the steampunker, make an underground mushroom biome, get a truffle worm, make a map long skybridge made out of asphault, and fight duke fisheron on that bridge and enjoy some of the best weapons in the game.
Now for the rest of those dang bosses...
For those, just make a megashark. It can handle hardmode level mobs with ease and is pretty decent for boss killing.
If you're still struggling you can fight the destroyer again and make a full set of hallowed armor, which should make it much easier.
Oh, and I hope you had wings. If you don't, you should probably grow a pair (literally! Well, more like craft, but well... joke.)
Well, that was one other problem that could have been solved for the destroyer in a conventional, flat fighting area. You really need wings in hardmode because you need that flight to dodge. But still, a jetpack will serve you well for the time being.
I would recommend using a hoverboard on His Grace. The hover feature lets you move horizontally really quickly, allowing you dodge some of his attacks. It's a little more complicated than just running away, especially if you want to avoid leaving the ocean during the fight. Still, an asphalt skybridge will do the trick nicely.
Anyway, yeah, you're welcome and have fun with the rest of hardmode! You've done more than scratched the surface, but you're not that deep yet!
Now to take on the twins... This should be interesting! (Gotta remember to take em on one at a time, IIRC.)
