Molotov Cocktails or Grenades?

I choose Molotov Cocktails because you can craft them, and I also have my very own "Molotov Cocktail Factory" which has a Sawmill, Loom and Keg.

Ive never used a molotov but it sounds fun, i just got terraria on pc today, and i dont have any friends yet :/

MOLOTIV COCKTAILS,FTW. Grnades are crappy compared to the cocktails. I used the cocktails to kill the EoW for the 1st time and it was EASY.

Grenades are useful when fighting EoW, but Molotovs are better, as well as take longer to get/make. You can just buy grenades from the Demo man, but for molotovs you need lots of sand and lots of cobwebs. Where do you get the sand for it?
