If I can only have 2 which 2 do you guys suggest for melee?

I use charm of myths and mechanical glove. More direct damage.

Cool, what do you use in the rest? My plan is boots, wings and ankh shield. I have obsidian shield for now while I farm the ankh shield items.

Why a waste of space? The move speed and extra flight is something I find kinda essential for survival so I can dodge.

Even with them I get killed by destroyer easily while trying to kill it with magic or ranged, I barely managed to kill destroyer once using golden shower and died to a charge attack by the green fire spewing eyeball when he was like one or 2 hits of dying on my best go at Twins. They do so much damage that without the boots i'd be hit 10 times more and die alot more I would imagine.
