Clicking is inverted!
Ok, for some reason when I go onto terraria left clicking is then right clicking vice versa. I have no idea why it's happening so help!

Maybe you somewhere swapped mouse to left-handed?

My computer clicking is fine, it's just on terraria

No idea, I checked Terraria settings and didn't find anything. Maybe there's some secret hotkey that does it.

I don't use a mouse... just the keyboard. Yes that sounds weird but I'm used to it.

Go in Documents/My Games/Terraria and open [input profiles.json]
Scroll down until you see "Custom", swap Mouse1 and Mouse2.

open the controls menu in game and just switch them so they work it's that simple

I would just back up the saves and worlds, uninstall terraria and the mouse and reinstall. IF that doesn't work, try another mouse, if that doesn't work reinstall windows, if that doesn't work, call the ghostbusters or area 51 bc if that other stuff doesn't fix it, then you may have accidentally built your house on an indian burial ground or a black hole
