Corrupted Jungle
My jungle is being over run by the corruption. Is this a problem?

I'd do something about it. it's can't be saved once it's already corrupted.

Yes it is a big one, you need the jungle to defeat plantera and get farther in the game, right now its a race against time for you in that world, the corruption and crimson stop spreading after you beat plantera.

You can't use Purification Powder or the Clentaminator to restore it? I recall restoring parts of a Jungle Biome with a Clentaminator using Green Solution to remove Corruption before. Or do you mean the Underground Jungle specifically?

Clentaminator will only restore to forest(purity), not jungle.

The only way would be to craft dirt into mud via standing in water, place the mud, and plant jungle seeds.

Really? I remember having another world with a Crimson Biome right next to a Jungle Biome and I was able to restore parts of the Jungle that happened to be corrupted by it. Or is it that Corruption Biomes work differently from Crimson Biomes?

If it means anything, I made that world some months ago (no longer have it) and I don't use mods of any kind.

You should plant Hallow on both sides of your jungle, on the dirt block right beside the first mud block you see on either side. The Hallow will override Corruption and Crimson, and it won't convert mud so it will leave your jungle alone.

There is a dark-green solution for the Clentaminator, I believe, but it probably only converts mushroom grass to jungle grass and won't convert dirt to mud.

That must have been what I was thinking of earlier, it's been a while since I used the Clentaminator and must have confused how the different solutions work. That Hallow trick sounds useful though, so I'll keep that in mind.

Build hellevators pre-hardmode.

Actually, there's no dark green solution, but using a green solution (purity) turns mushroom grass into jungle grass.

I'm not interested into restarting my world to build hellavators. I'd rather my world look good aswell and not torn up
