Zenith seed mystic slime

So i have been playing the new zenith seed and have collected many of the town slimes but I realized the mystic slime isn't possible to get because there is no jungle surface. Has anyone managed to get the mystic slime cuz if so please tell me.

I possibly believe in somewhere in the underground forest biome (you can tell it's the forest surface biome when it's raining), you *could* repliclate the surface jungle. However it's much harder to do

I've seen the Mystic Frog at the jungle just above the underworld before on my Don't Dig Up seed. unfortunately the dryad was also not selling purifying powder and i was not yet aware of it being an item you could get through shimmer so i just had to let it go. (also found out you cannot net them, they poof into smoke if you try)

We built a jungle ourself on the surface and a mystic frog spawned.

I don't think the Mystic Slime requires a surface jungle specifically. I was able to unlock the slime on my remix seed in what would be considered the underground jungle.

Try making an outpost in the jungle near some water (or make a small pool near your outpost). Put some NPCs in it and you should eventually get one to spawn.

According to the wiki the Dryad doesn't sell purification powder in remix seeds. You'll have to grab some from another world. I believe you can also transmute evil powder into purification powder by tossing it into some shimmer.

yeah, you have to craft evil powder than transmute it in the shimmer in remix/zenith. annoying, but at least it's possible

Yeah you were right. I created an outpost and frogs started spawning. eventually i found a mystic frog. I also found out anywhere frogs can spawn the mystic frog can spawn so the underground jungle works its just harder to do.

Ive caught 150 frogs now.. Not a single Mystic frog in my jungle farm
(getfixedboi seed, farm is slightly above the colorful mushroom biomes.
Im standing around 720, says "underground" (Small world) (Not that that matter much in this seed since everything is wonky)

How long did it take to get your frogs?
Thinking of just making a surface farm and see if that works better..

on my zenith seed i built a jungle biome above the surface and have seen several mystics pop up, but i still haven't unlocked the powder to sprinkle on it yet, just make a fair number of houses, and then chug a battle potion and finally throw down a water candle, should show up pretty quick

Going to try this since ive been standing in my farm for hours and not seen a single one..
After building a new NPC hotel I spent a couple of minutes and then a frog appeared
Got all my slimes now :)
