Please help question about beds.
So I am in hell right now and there is an obsidian bed in a room. Is there any way where I can make it so that when I die i respawn at that bed??

From what I understand, beds that you can't craft and/or that are spawned into the world during world generation cannot be used to set your spawnpoint with. I tried this with a dungeon bed while I was exploring the dungeon one time and it didn't work, so that's my reasoning. But I could be wrong about that so if someone else wants to confirm it then that would be great.

Anyway, craft your own bed and make your own house somewhere in the underworld. That should work because you can put backwalls up in the underworld.

you need a suitable room to sleep in, with walls light and a door, the person above me is wrong you can sleep in beds spawned in the world (you just need a room like normal beds) every bed works exactly the same, just defrent "skin"

Well it didn't work for some reason. The room was already a room, I just added the table and chair. It has obsidian wall and background, and a torch as light, and a bed, and said it was not suitable housing.

The obsidian walls were spawned there during world generation, so they're considered "natural" by the game itself. You can still use obsidian brick but you need to place them there yourself.

Everything in a sleepable room need to be placed by hand, you cannot have any natural tiles that were spawned in world generation for the room to be considered correct.
So take it all down, then place it again yourself exactly as it was, and it'll be good?

Yep. But make sure you've at least picked up the bed, too, if you haven't made it, and place it down again.

Oh. You don't need to go that far, Click on Esc to see your inventory. Click on the little house icon above your equipment slots, around where you choose teams and turn on/off PvP. click on the question mark and place it in a vacant house. It will tell you whether or not that house is suitable for NPCs but I've found it to be a good judge of whether or not a bed will be good enough to re-set your spawnpoint.

I know dude. This is a room I made in the house I built myself. When I hit escape and do all that it says it is not suitable housing, but I cannot figure out why because it is the same exact as the rooma next to it.
