Titanium Ore.

How do u get Titanium Ore? it says u need to destroy Demon Altars in hardmode (after killing wall of flesh) but i dont get a tooltip or anything saying my world has been blessed with Titanium ores and ive destroyed qutie alot now.. only get palladium, orichalcum and adamantite or so.. :(

Well i need better drill or w/e to mine the better Ores still, i read i need a drill or w/e with at least 200% power or so :S

Alright well to clear up any confusion you have, as far as i can recall, the order of picks and their quality are so:

Cobalt/Palladium - from their respective ores

Mythril/Orichlium - from respective ores

Adamantite/Titanium - from respective ores

Picksaw/Drax - Hallowed bars and each of the mech bosses souls

Chloraphyte - from ores which need to be mined with picksaw or drax

Titanium Ore is a Hardmode ore which can possibly replace Adamantite in a given world. Titanium, like all Hardmode ores is generated upon destruction of a Demon Altar with a Pwnhammer or higher. Like Adamantite, a Mythril Drill/Orichalcum Drill (or their Pickaxe-equivalents) or better is required to mine it. From "terraria wiki" i know i can mine it with my current drill which is of Mythril origin, but in order to get the "better" ores like Chloraphyte to mine it i need a drill / pickaxe that have 200% power, someone asked why i just didnt go for that better ore, well like i said, i cant mine it with my current mythril drill..

Chlorophyte is a Hardmode ore found in the Underground Jungle. A pickaxe or drill with at least 200% pickaxe power is required to mine it (Drax or Pickaxe Axe and above). When Hardmode starts, Mud and Jungle Grass located in the Underground Jungle will begin to convert into Chlorophyte Ore. Once seeded, it will spread to adjacent Mud and Jungle Grass blocks. also from Terraria wiki..

And iam struggling with the hardmode bosses to get the needed ores and w/e to make a better drill / pickaxe.. :)
