Any time you want to know when a game goes on sale just search the game name along with SteamDB price history , go to the steamDB site and scroll down a bit to see the chart showing the prices , like this https://steamdb.info/app/105600/ hover over the parts on the chart where the line is lowest and you will see it goes on sale during every season event spring summer fall winter and occasionally for other events.

Since we just had the winter sale the next one will be spring sale in march and if things go like they have for the past several years the game will be 50% off a $5.00 savings , now ask yourself if waiting is worth saving 5 bucks or not.
