cant tell if u serious or not, if u are trying to place planks unless u have a background Wall OR attach them to something the arm will just spin, try placeing a few blocks up from the ground then placing the planks and removing said blocks, this will leave the planks in the air.
or place some background walls and then u can just place the planks in the air without attaching them to anything.
but unlike starbound when your holding wood you can place it in either the background or the forground.
Other minor diferences -
...In starbound axes remove wood, front or back.
...In Terraria picks remove wood in the foreground, hammers remove wood in the background.
Picks removing wood, go figure?
