Remember when the main dev of Terraria made Super Mario Bros X, he got DMCA'D by Nintendo in which led him to the creation of Terraria (Hence the Mario and Link and Zelda Fox McCloud and Wolf O'Donnell costumes in it.) same thing happened to a modder of Palworld when the pokemon mod had paid reskin/replacment models in which Nintendo sent DMCA's and the same thing happened because some of the Palworld creatures happened to be Pokemon rip-offs.
and then somepoint Terraria had Final Fantasy sprites but was changed into those that we know today.
