Problem with Terraria: System.IO.IOException: The cloud file provider is not running.

if you get this error update one drive if this doesn't work Go to one drive type in my games open folder open then open the terraria folder delete everything in the terraria folder relaunch game (might delete your progress but I haven't seen that happen before though)
