It's a potato, but it should still be able to run Terraria, I think.
https://www.reddit.com/r/Terraria/comments/kykne7/no_suitable_graphics_card_found_heres_a_possible/
as the post says, just remove the slashes in your config.json:
"Display": "\\\\.\\DISPLAY2",
"DisplayScreen": "\\.\DISPLAY2",
I tried this, but the same thing happens :( Thank you for trying to help, though!
"Display": "",
"DisplayScreen": "",
So maybe try that and if that does not work try to delete the file and verify integrity to restore it.
If all else fails, try to run it with your integrated graphics just to make sure its not your card.
had no issues with this but
for me its says:
"Display": "\\\\.\\DISPLAY1",
"DisplayScreen": "\\\\.\\DISPLAY1",
so maybe something more to try
could be that the game trys to use a second monitor or something like that?
I have 3 video output devices: two monitors and a tablet. My second monitor broke (display no longer works), but it's still plugged in and my computer can still detect it.
Thank you! It really does work!
I'm just still confused about why it wouldn't work on its own though.
