How do you enable mods from Terraria workshop?
They don't show in TmodLoader

I did that and none of the mods were active/showed up

The Terraria workshop has Worlds & Resource Packs. To access them from the main menu select Workshop and either select "Import worlds" or "Use Resource Packs" depending on which mod your looking to use.

there are no mods in the terraria workshop, only resource packs (which you can manage in tmodloader in the resource packs menu, found from the main menu in workshop > use resource packs)

if you're asking about actual mods (found in the tmodloader workshop or the in-game mod browser), you can manage those in the menu found through workshop > manage mods
