Can't Buy the Mechanic's Rod
On the wikies it's said that it's sold by Mechanic during crescent moon. Waiting for the first one, then second one, then third one.... then sixths one and.... Nothing.
Question: Has anybody got a Mechanic's Rod and how (under what circumstances)?
Mature, non-derp posts will be much appreciated.

hmm havent gotten that rod yes since i have the golden one but according to Leinfors post on terrariaonline forums the requirements to get it is the mechanic sells it during certain phases of the moon
