Plantera Bulbs won't spawn.

I have a hardmode world, in which I have defeated:
-The Twins
-The Destroyer
-Skeletron Prime

But no Plantera Bulbs have spawned. Why is this?

I searched through half of my underground jungle. Several are supposed to spawn.

I used to think I had this problem too, however, the wiki's can be quite misleading.

Searched up some of HERO's videos, as he was quite helpful before 1.1 (And, as of this video, still proving to be useful with 1.2 suff).

He explained the bulbs are pretty hard to find. After all 3 hardmode bosses have been destroyed, only 2 or 3 of these bulbs spawn initially, depending on your world size. Even HERO mentioned it took him quite a lengthy time to find any.

Here's a tip that helps me find my bulbs: First, discover as much of the jungle as possible, so your map covers as much bulb-growing area as possible. Then, get to a safe place (Preferably your house) and look across your map for the bulbs in the jungle. They appear as 2x2 bright pink blocks, and despite the wiki saying they could be mistaken for pots, I certainly don't mistake mine. They're quite easy to see from the map, as long as you have enough jungle coverage.

Plus, once you have beaten the 3 bosses, it takes around 3 ingame days for one to spawn in.

i have the same problem just too many plant bulbs

I have the same problem but for real, I killed the three mechanical, first in seperate worlds, but when I kill all three in my main world, the text doesn't appear and according to TerraMap, also no plantera's bulbs, even though the text did appear in the same world earlier, but I still had to kill the twins in that world...

Any Idea how to fix?

It appeared, but the thing is, it will only spawn in explored jungle parts, and they only spawn a few days after defeating the bosses! :)

Thanks! This really helped! I was having the problem of not finding a bulb either, as I found one instantly in 3DS version. I guess the bulbs are easier to find in console/mobile.
