non of this requires a mod except getting the devs armor

so where do you get the hat after you kill andrew the npc ?

and there is actualy 3 varances of the man voice on the ducks not just one (sam guy though)

The hat is just dropped as you kill him,

There is just 1 audio file, just altered speed/depth
